Shipping Terms
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms cover physical products bought or sold on Pizeteo, operated by CiFri LLC. They form part of our Terms of Use. Our Refund & Chargeback Policy explains product refunds. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded by law.
1. Who handles your shipment
The seller shown on the listing supplies, packs and dispatches the goods. Pizeteo provides marketplace and shipping tools; we do not warehouse goods or operate a delivery carrier. The selected carrier transports the parcel. Sellers remain responsible for fulfilling their orders, and Pizeteo remains responsible for its own services and any obligations imposed on it by law.
2. Pizeteo rates and seller carrier accounts
Pizeteo’s built-in shipping is powered by Shippo. Rates and labels are available only for supported dispatch countries, destinations, carriers and parcel types. Availability in one country does not mean every service or destination is supported. A rate quote is not confirmation that a label has been issued or that a carrier will accept the goods.
Sellers may instead connect an eligible carrier account they are authorised to use. Their carrier agreement governs that account’s rates and carrier charges. Sellers must complete any required activation or carrier approval before using it. Creating a managed shipping account does not by itself activate every carrier.
Sellers authorise Pizeteo to pass the account and shipment information needed to provide their selected shipping service to Shippo and the carrier. A label request authorises creation of that label at the charge disclosed for it; it is not permission to create unrelated shipments.
3. Shippo and carrier terms
Shippo’s official documents are available here: Shippo Terms of Use and Shippo Privacy Notice. These are external documents maintained by Shippo, not Pizeteo’s terms.
Shippo and carrier terms apply where required by the shipping service or account arrangement. Sellers must review and complete any separate agreement or authorisation presented when activating a service or connecting an account. These links do not replace a required acceptance step, and accepting Pizeteo’s checkout terms does not create a separate Shippo account for a buyer.
The selected carrier’s conditions govern carriage, including parcel limits, prohibited items, delivery commitments and carrier claims. Pizeteo’s terms govern use of our marketplace. Neither these terms nor a carrier’s conditions override mandatory consumer rights.
4. Seller responsibilities
- Provide a correct dispatch address, return address and contact details, and keep them up to date.
- Enter the packed parcel’s actual weight and dimensions, not just the product’s measurements.
- Describe the contents accurately, use suitable packaging and comply with the selected service’s restrictions.
- Check the label, destination and customs documents before handing the parcel to the carrier.
- Dispatch within the handling time stated on the listing or agreed with the buyer. A delivery estimate does not include an unstated packing delay.
- Keep proof of dispatch and provide accurate tracking. Do not mark an unshipped parcel as shipped or an undelivered order as delivered.
- Use buyer contact details only to fulfil the order or resolve a related issue, not for unsolicited marketing.
5. Buyer details and delivery
Buyers must provide a complete delivery address and reachable contact details. Use the separate city, region, postal code and country fields rather than putting the entire address on one street line. Contact the seller or Pizeteo promptly if details need correcting. A change may require a new quote or label and may no longer be possible after dispatch.
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates unless a service expressly offers a guarantee. Customs checks, local delivery conditions and carrier delays can affect arrival. Creating a label is not proof that the carrier has collected the parcel. Orders from different sellers may arrive separately.
6. Charges and adjustments
Buyers see the selected delivery charge before placing an order. Sellers must review the billing arrangement for their selected shipping option: built-in labels use Pizeteo’s shipping arrangement, while connected carrier accounts may be billed directly by the carrier. Buying postage through a connected account does not itself confirm how any buyer-paid shipping amount is settled with the seller; that is covered by the seller’s disclosed payout arrangements.
Carriers may adjust postage for incorrect weight, dimensions, addresses or other service charges. Where the seller’s agreement makes the seller responsible, we may seek reimbursement of documented adjustments. Any deduction must follow the applicable agreement and law. Contact Pizeteo to question a charge. These terms do not authorise undisclosed fees or an automatic extra charge to a buyer after checkout.
7. International shipments and restricted goods
Sellers must provide truthful customs descriptions, values, quantities, country of origin and tariff information where required. Do not describe a sale as a gift or reduce its declared value to avoid duties. Buyers may have to pay import duties, taxes and clearance charges not included at checkout; check the checkout disclosures and destination requirements before ordering.
A product being listed on Pizeteo does not mean it may be shipped to every destination. Sellers must comply with export, import, sanctions and carrier restrictions, including restrictions on adult goods, used intimate items, liquids and battery-powered products. Buyers must not order goods they cannot lawfully import. Do not send hazardous or restricted goods through a service that has not expressly approved them.
Customs may delay, return or seize a parcel. Responsibility for resulting charges depends on the cause, the disclosed sale terms and applicable law; a customs issue does not automatically cancel a buyer’s refund rights.
8. Labels, cancellation and postage refunds
Use a label only for its intended parcel and service. Do not reuse a label or use one after cancellation or a refund request. If label creation has an uncertain result, check the order or contact support before retrying so that duplicate postage is not purchased.
Cancelling an order does not automatically cancel its label. Contact Pizeteo about an unused built-in label; for your own carrier account, ask Pizeteo or the carrier which refund process applies. Postage refund eligibility, deadlines and processing depend on the provider and service. A request is not confirmation that a refund has been approved. We do not promise immediate or guaranteed postage refunds.
A postage refund and a buyer’s product refund are separate. A buyer’s legal remedy does not depend on whether Shippo or a carrier reimburses the seller or Pizeteo.
9. Missing, damaged or returned parcels
Report a missing, damaged, incorrect or undeliverable order to the seller and, if assistance is needed, to Pizeteo. Include the order number, tracking reference and relevant photographs. Keep the packaging and goods while the issue is reviewed where practical. Report problems promptly because carriers have claim deadlines; this does not shorten any statutory period for a claim against the seller or Pizeteo.
We can help coordinate issues involving built-in shipping. Sellers using their own accounts may need to file carrier claims directly. Carrier compensation is subject to the applicable service’s limits and evidence requirements. A shipping charge does not mean additional insurance was purchased; insurance applies only when expressly offered and confirmed with its coverage terms.
Follow our Refund & Chargeback Policy for product returns. Get the return instructions before posting an item. A saved return address is not a prepaid return label or approval of a product refund. Return costs depend on the reason for the return, the disclosed sale terms and applicable law.
10. Shipping data
We share the sender and recipient details, parcel information and customs information needed for shipping with Shippo, the selected carriers and relevant customs services. This may include names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and product descriptions. Shipping documents may display these details, including the seller’s dispatch or return address. See our Privacy Policy.
11. Unavailable services and test orders
Shipping or physical-product checkout may be paused when an account needs activation, an address cannot be verified, a carrier is unavailable or a shipment cannot be supported. Correct the issue before dispatching. A pause does not remove responsibilities for existing orders.
Orders and labels marked “demo” or “test” are for testing only. No real payment is taken for a demo order. Do not dispatch goods with a test label or treat a demo status as evidence of payment.
12. Changes and contact
We will date revisions to these terms and provide notice of material changes where required. A later change does not remove rights attached to an existing purchase. For shipping questions, label issues or disputed charges, contact info@pizeteo.com with your order or shipment reference. Do not email passwords, API keys or payment credentials.
