Pizeteo is operated by CiFri LLC. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pizeteo website and any pre‑launch marketing pages (together, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Adults-only

Pizeteo is an adult platform restricted to users who are at least 18 years old and who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction (if higher).

Pre-launch information

Some features described on pre‑launch pages may change prior to release. We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Platform features & fees

Pizeteo is designed to allow creators to publish and monetize content, including subscriptions, tips, and marketplace sales. Monetization and payouts may be subject to a 15% platform fee and other terms disclosed during onboarding or checkout.

Waitlist

If you join our waitlist, you agree we may contact you about launch updates and relevant product information. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails (when provided) or by contacting info@pizeteo.com.

Prohibited content & conduct

Users must comply with all applicable laws and are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, or distributing illegal, non-consensual, infringing, or exploitative content, including any material involving minors.

You also agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, accounts, or systems.
  • Upload, post, or distribute content that violates our Content Policy or 18+ Policy.
  • Harass, threaten, exploit, or harm other users.

Verification, enforcement, and payouts

We reserve the right to verify identity, remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and take other actions necessary to enforce these Terms and our policies. We may withhold or delay payouts in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, disputes, policy violations, or other risk events. We may cooperate with law enforcement when required.

Subscriptions, renewals, and refunds

Certain subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled. Refunds are generally not provided unless required by law. Additional terms may apply based on the product, subscription, or payment method.

Intellectual property

Pizeteo and its branding, design, and site content are owned by Pizeteo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error‑free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CiFri LLC and Pizeteo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload or publish, and for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
