This Privacy Policy explains how Pizeteo collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and related services, including pre‑launch marketing pages.

Information we collect

Account details (such as email, username, and profile information).
Identification and verification data (for age/identity verification where required).
Transaction data (such as purchases, subscriptions, tips, payouts, and related payment metadata).
Delivery and access data (such as content unlocks, access timestamps, order references, IP address, device/browser information, and related proof-of-delivery records).
Consent and policy acceptance records (such as checkout acknowledgements, creator agreement acceptance, upload certifications, cookie preferences, timestamps, and policy versions).

How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers (such as infrastructure providers, email delivery services, and payment processors) to operate the Service, and with authorities when legally required or necessary for platform operations and safety.

Shipping and fulfilment

For physical orders, we collect sender and recipient names, delivery and return addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, parcel details, customs declarations, selected services, label references and tracking events. We use these details to obtain rates, check addresses, create shipping accounts and labels, track parcels and handle delivery issues, refunds and claims.

We share the details needed for those purposes with Shippo, the selected carriers and relevant customs services. The fulfilling seller receives the buyer details needed to dispatch and support the order. Sellers must not use those details for unrelated marketing. Names, dispatch and return addresses, and other required information may appear on labels and customs documents; a private profile does not hide those shipping details.

Shippo describes its handling of personal information in its Privacy Notice. Carriers may also process shipment information under their own privacy notices and legal obligations. International delivery can require processing in the dispatch, transit and destination countries. We retain shipping records as needed for fulfilment, billing, disputes and applicable legal requirements, as described below. See our Shipping Terms for shipping responsibilities.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to help protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
