Creator Platform Agreement

This Creator Platform Agreement is entered into between CiFri LLC, operating as Pizeteo, and each approved creator who uses creator tools, uploads content, or monetizes through the platform.
Creator eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- You must complete any required identity, age, tax, payout, and platform review steps.
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and secure.
Content license
You grant Pizeteo a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, transmit, distribute, and make your content available through the platform according to your selected visibility, subscription, PPV, VIP, message, marketplace, or other monetization settings.
This license allows Pizeteo to create previews, thumbnails, technical encodes, search indexes, and other operational copies needed to run the platform. Content already delivered or made available to users may remain available as reasonably necessary for purchases, records, disputes, legal compliance, and platform operations.
Creator representations
You represent and warrant that:
- you own or control the rights necessary to upload and monetize your content;
- all persons appearing in your content are 18 or older and have given informed consent;
- your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights;
- your content complies with Pizeteo policies, including the Content Policy and Creator Guidelines;
- you will maintain any records, releases, or consent documentation required by applicable law.
Prohibited content and conduct
You may not upload, sell, promote, or distribute illegal, non-consensual, exploitative, infringing, hateful, fraudulent, or minor-involved content. Pizeteo may remove content, restrict monetization, suspend accounts, or terminate creator access for policy violations or platform risk.
Revenue share and payments
Creator earnings are subject to platform fees, payment-provider fees, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, taxes, payout review, and other terms disclosed in the creator dashboard, onboarding, or payment documentation. You are responsible for taxes on your creator earnings.
Marketing and promotional use
Pizeteo may use your public creator name, username, profile image, public profile details, and public-facing excerpts or previews to operate, promote, rank, recommend, and market the platform. Separate consent may be used for broader external marketing where appropriate.
AI and automated tools
Pizeteo may use automated tools for safety, moderation, search, captions, recommendations, fraud prevention, and platform operations. We do not use this Agreement as a blanket permission to train external AI models on creator content without a separate policy or consent process.
Termination and enforcement
You may stop using creator tools or close your account subject to any pending obligations. Pizeteo may suspend or terminate creator access for policy violations, fraud, chargeback abuse, legal risk, safety issues, or other platform harm.
Indemnification and limitation of liability
You agree to indemnify Pizeteo and its affiliates from claims arising from your content, your conduct, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pizeteo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages.
Governing law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Acceptance
By applying for creator access, clicking an acceptance checkbox, uploading content, or using creator tools, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Creator Platform Agreement.
