Content Release & Upload Certification

This certification applies when a creator uploads, submits, publishes, or monetizes content on Pizeteo. It is part of the creator's obligations under the Creator Platform Agreement, Content Policy, Creator Guidelines, and 18+ Policy.
Rights and ownership
By uploading content, you certify that:
- you own or control all rights necessary to upload, display, distribute, and monetize the content;
- you have permission to use all included images, videos, audio, text, trademarks, names, likenesses, and other protected material;
- the content does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
Performer age and consent
By uploading content, you certify that:
- you are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
- all individuals appearing in the content are at least 18 years old;
- all individuals appearing in the content gave explicit, informed consent to appear in and have the content distributed;
- you maintain any records, releases, IDs, or consent documentation required by applicable law.
Platform license
You grant Pizeteo the license needed to host, store, process, transcode, thumbnail, display, transmit, distribute, and make the content available through the platform according to your selected settings. This includes public profiles, subscriptions, PPV, VIP pages, messages, feeds, search, and recommendations where applicable.
Promotional and operational use
Pizeteo may use public-facing previews, thumbnails, profile references, and excerpts as needed to operate, promote, recommend, and display the platform. Broader external marketing may require separate consent where appropriate.
Prohibited content
You may not upload content involving minors, non-consensual activity, illegal activity, exploitation, violence, hate, harassment, fraud, infringement, or any other content prohibited by Pizeteo policies.
Upload checkbox
Before publishing content, creators may be asked to confirm that they have the rights, age verification, and consent required for that upload. Pizeteo may log the acceptance timestamp, creator account, content reference, IP address, user agent, and policy version for compliance and dispute purposes.
